Daniela Bartscher-Herold is a founding partner at EAC, a consulting firm focused on strategic and operational projects in emerging markets across Asia and Europe since 1994. She has a wealth of experience in developing customized strategies, such as restructuring, market entry, and growth plans, particularly in the consumer goods sector. Daniela also specializes in improving operational efficiency by optimizing internal cost structures and global supply chains. Before launching her independent career, Daniela earned her degree in economics from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and worked as a strategy consultant at Roland Berger, where she honed her skills in strategic marketing and consulting.
