Jan Henrik Leisse

Jan Leisse is the CEO and co-founder of eleQtron GmbH, the first German quantum computer manufacturer. Since December 2020, he has been passionately pursuing the company’s vision and working on Germany’s and Europe’s technological sovereignty in quantum computing. Previously, he successfully managed Albrecht Bäumer GmbH, a world leader in the foam industry. He comprehensively restructured the company and implemented a values-based management strategy.

As an experienced corporate consultant, he has contributed to the development and transformation of numerous companies. His expertise in corporate development, agile management, and utilization of potential are his trademarks.
