Sophia Tran

Sophia Tran is the Founder and CEO of Spotlight! and Spotlight! Ventures. In this role, she works closely with digital start-ups across Europe, helping them develop business plans, build prototypes, and secure investment. Spotlight! Ventures focuses on fostering diversity in the tech industry, aiming to make the European start-up landscape more inclusive. In addition to her work at Spotlight! Ventures, Sophia serves as the NRW State Representative for the German Startups Association. She brings a wealth of experience from leadership roles in business development and digital marketing, guiding companies through critical growth phases and helping them scale successfully.
